Learning and Development
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Guidance states the:
"Importance of learning and development. Children develop and learn at different rates (the characteristics of effective teaching and learning). The framework covers the education and care of all children, including children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)."
