Learning and development:

• Support staff to have the confidence to continue with daily routines and activities when senior staff are not present. (January 2025)
• Help staff to organise adult-led activities more effectively, so that children are able to participate fully and get the best from their experiences. (January 2025)
• Consider the organisation of activities, to enable all children to fully participate and get the very best from their learning. (January 2025)
