Changes to the Schools’ IT Service Desk
From 13 January 2014, the Council IT Service Desk will log service desk calls from our school customers. The aim of this is to free up the dedicated school support staff so that they can concentrate on resolving our customers’ issues. Schools may continue to use the 01743 254230 number to log IT incidents but are strongly encouraged to log queries by emailing email@example.com. Incidents logged this way go straight to the Schools’ IT Team.
