Reach for Inclusion
Reach for Inclusion provides specialist advice, guidance, modelling of strategies and interventions. Providing a range of training to support the development of classroom strategies and targeted intervention to ensure children and young people have access to learning within their school/setting. Reach for Inclusion's mentors work with young people on a 1:1 / small group basis.
Reach for Inclusion work with schools to explore what is required to support a young person to remain in their mainstream setting through offering a bespoke social, emotional and mental health intervention programme, the work in partnership with schools to develop targeted support based on individual need.
