Each HR Senior Advisor/Officer is allocated a number of Shropshire schools for issues including recruitment policy and procedures, handling staffing reorganisation and/or reductions, pay and grading, matters relating to employee capability, discipline and grievance, managing attendance and safeguarding (managing allegations against staff)
