Schools are required to complete our online 'Permanent Exclusion Notification Form' within 24 hours of the exclusion.
Please email Permanent Exclusion Pack to eas@shropshire.gov.uk within 48 hours of the Permanent Exclusion, and email eas@shropshire.gov.uk with the time, date and outcome of the PDC when known.
